COACHING & METHODOLOGY

All Padelife experiences are led by our Head Coach, Jesús Olmo, and delivered through a structured, professional coaching framework.

With over 10 years of international coaching experience across Spain, Sweden, Denmark, Bali and as former head coach of the Indonesian national padel team, Jesús combines technical precision with a strong focus on the mental side of the game.

His coaching methodology is built around four core pillars: perception, decision-making, execution and mental presence. This framework allows him to deliver consistent, high-quality coaching across all formats - from community retreats to advanced Academy Retreats.
